    I am intetested in this property and curious about a couple things…
    Does Lime Creek indeed flow through property? Year round or seasonally?
    Are there any use restrictions on the property?
    Is thete any historical information on the mining and logging activities?
    And is there year round access?

    Hello Kevin,

    – according to survey that was done few years back, Lime Creek does flow thru the property. not sure if it is seasonal or not;

    – not aware of any use restrictions. Ferry County Planning & Building Dept can confirm any restrictions. their contact info at https://www.ferry-county.com/Planning/PlanningHome.html or email to pbasst@co.ferry.wa.us ;

    – this is estate sale. the owner haven’t passed on any relevant information about prior mining operations, but he did mention that this property comes with patent that allows for various uses of this property;

    – there is logging/dirt road leading to this property. don’t have information about year round access.
